Service Terms

These Service Terms (the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the website Drayford Credmere and the AI trading platform, together the "Service", operated by Drayford Credmere Inc. ("Drayford Credmere", "we", "us" or "our"). Using or accessing the Service means you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service cannot be used in any territory where applicable law prohibits it.
2. Opening an Account
Full access requires an account with information that is accurate, current and complete. You must protect your sign-in details and remain responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe access has been obtained without permission, notify us promptly at if you believe someone has accessed the account without authorisation.
We may restrict or close accounts that violate these Terms, provide misleading details or participate in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
3. The Service: Scope and Restrictions
Drayford Credmere offers AI-based market analysis, trading signals and, where selected, automated order execution through linked brokerage accounts. It is supplied for analytical and informational use.
- Drayford Credmere does not receive, hold or administer your money. Your capital remains in the brokerage or exchange account held by you.
- We may connect with your broker through API credentials configured for read-only access and, where enabled, order execution. These credentials do not permit withdrawals.
- Historical performance from a strategy or signal does not reliably indicate what may happen in the future.
- Every form of trading carries loss risk, including the possibility of losing your original capital.
4. No Investment Guidance
Nothing made available through the platform Drayford Credmere is financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider obtaining advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Drayford Credmere is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Current charges appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility. Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted Use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to any applicable rule or regulation.
- Try to decompile, disassemble or obtain the platform’s underlying source code.
- Deploy automated tools to scrape, crawl or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or use any portion of the Service commercially without our prior written permission.
- Damage, interrupt or compromise the operation, integrity or infrastructure supporting the Service.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or other conduct prohibited by financial rules.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, software, algorithms, marks and confidential know-how provided through the Service belong exclusively to Drayford Credmere or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or other rights to you. Use of our logos or trade marks requires prior written approval.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Drayford Credmere DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS OR BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability Limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Drayford Credmere SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING RESULTS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED THAT SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Drayford Credmere DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Your Indemnity Obligations
You undertake to indemnify, protect and release Drayford Credmere and its directors, officers, staff and representatives from all claims, obligations, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, resulting from or connected with your use of the Service, failure to comply with these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Ending the Agreement
You can close your account through the account settings or by contacting . We may suspend or end access immediately following a breach of these Terms. Once access ends, your right to use the Service stops and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Resolving Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes connected with these Terms will first be referred to binding arbitration in London under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or United Kingdom may also bring claims in the competent courts available locally.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material amendments will normally receive at least 14 days’ notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
